BLT Ranch Pinwheels

1/2 lb bacon (approx  4-6 slices)
1 8oz pkg softened cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1 1oz pkg powdered ranch salad dressing mix
1 pkg 10 inch soft flour tortillas
1 large chopped tomato
6 leaves green leaf lettuce

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat and cook bacon until crisp. Drain on plate lined with towels.  Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix and bacon bits in a mixer. Spread onto tortillas, then layer tomatoes and lettuce.  Roll and refrigerate for 1 hour. Slice into pinwheels and serve chilled.
